Who is responsible

The data controller is Redzhep Molaahmed (Redji Digital), Sofia, Bulgaria. For any privacy question, email the address below.

What we collect

Through the audit form: your name, email, website or business name, the services you picked and your message. Through Google Analytics, only with consent: pseudonymous visit data — pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location (country/city), device type and browser.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use form data to prepare your audit and reply to you (steps at your request before entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use Google Analytics to improve the site only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives the data

Cloudflare (site hosting and email forwarding), Web3Forms (delivering the form by email) and Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, only with consent). We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Both take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep form enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent. Email us at the address below. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or, in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, the site sends nothing to Google and sets no analytics cookies.

Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, key “cookie-consent”) for 12 months, after which the banner asks again. You can change it at any time:
