The brief
Vila Raiski Kat is two self-contained villas in a pine forest near Sarnitsa, Bulgaria. The owner changes prices by season and tracks bookings daily, so the site had to be easy to maintain without a developer, and rank on Google ahead of the booking platforms.
What we did
- An admin panel in Bulgarian. The owner signs in with a one-time email code and edits the notice, prices, booked dates, gallery, menu and FAQ. Every change can be undone with one click.
- Automatic publishing. Each save is committed to Git and the site rebuilds itself within a minute: no database, nothing to crash.
- SEO. LodgingBusiness, Offer, FAQPage, BlogPosting and BreadcrumbList structured data, a sitemap with last-modified dates, and llms.txt for AI search.
- A blog. Articles on holidays with a dog, fishing at Dospat dam, New Year in the Rhodopes and what to see nearby.
- Google reviews. The rating and reviews load from the Google Places API.
- Privacy. Google Analytics runs only after consent.
